This is frustrating to the consumer. I did not have the nerve to ask the manager if the store was closing its doors, but that was the perception all of the customers left with. Perception is everything.
As our economic situation grows direr, many businesses that are still thriving today may find a similar fate as the ones currently folding. Engaging in the tools of today may be their only shot at getting their message out before they are forced to close their doors as well.
